Smithfield BOS passed a no flashing light/no flashing sign ordinance, including TriVision and Television like billboards, in Spring 2008. Adams has petitioned the BOS to relax its ordinance, including provisions for LED signs and to make the existing LED sign at Marshall's Creek legal. Come out and be heard!!!
