11/20/2008: New B-2 Professional Office/Medical zoning passed. The Township created a B-2 zone in the area of 447 between the existing commercial zone and Franklin Hill/Terra Greens neighborhood. The B-2 Ordinance public hearing and adoption occured at a very well attended specially scheduled meeting Thursday November 20, 2008 at 7:30 pm. . The ordinance and new zoning map was before the Planning Commission Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 7:30 pm.
