1/2/2009 - The township budget for 2009 was adopted at the regularly scheduled public meeting on December 23, 2008. The budget is balanced and there was no tax hike this year. Your supervisors are working diligently with staff to minimize cost and eliminate waste wherever possible. It is our intention to not only practice "Smart Growth" in terms of planning and development, but also apply "Smart Growth" as to internal management and operating costs. We appreciate your ideas and suggestions.
